There are some older Kubinka photos of this vehicle which shows that there were at least several repairs done.

It seems that there was a large hole in the upper part of the forward pontoon which had been repaired by welding a steel plate over it. And there was no cutout for the drivers visor port in the pontoon as in the Kubinka pontoon. So the vehicle is not really complete.

The wires to control the drop the rear pontoon, the turret hatch extension for observing during the water drive and the MG-mount on the air intake extension on the rear are missing and the position of the headlight is nonsense. There was a small headlight between bow MG and the visor port of the driver plus two on both sides of the gun shield on the turret. The closed housings can be clearly seen.

I have no informations about the status of the screws and steering rudders of this vehicle which were placed below the rear pontoon.

I'm also not sure if it is an early production vehicle or a late-production vehicle as I can't say if there is a MG mounting next to the main gun or just a wrongly added mock-up. This coaxial MG was added in 1941. Information from tom!
