Current Condition
Physical condition appears to be reasonable, most brackets are still there. All tools are missing.
This Sherman V has the vehicle name "ARGYLE" and its origins are shrouded in mistery.
There are WW2 photo's of the original ARGYLE from the 2nd armoured regiment and these show a Sherman Firefly.
Vehicle History
According the sign attached to the tank, the tank belonged to the Canadian 5th armoured division, 2nd armoured regiment "Lord Strathcona's Horse (Royal Canadians)".
