Vehicle History
One of eight Covenanter Bridgelayers brought to Australia in 1943, and used on active service on three occasions - on 2 June 1945 by 2/4 Australian Armoured Regiment on Bougainville, on 16 July 1945 by 2/1 Australian Armoured Brigade Reconnaissance Squadron at Balikpapan, and again by the same unit at Labuan later that July.
